Esfer Constructions and Projects, SL. is the installation company that carried out the energy rehabilitation of this facade in a building from the 1960s. It was decided to place insulation on the outside and a sintered ceramic ventilated facade (slim porcelain) to add a bit of weight to the building. The system used is the GRAPAMAR PF.1011 Seen.
