DIT

The DIT, or Document of Technical Suitability, is a voluntary document issued by the Eduardo Torroja Institute of Construction Sciences (IETcc), which contains a favorable technical assessment of the suitability of non-traditional or innovative construction systems for use in construction, which do not have specific regulations.

This way, there is regulatory and technical support for the manufacture and execution of the systems. Since its official entry into the system of the Technical Building Code, the requirements that the building elements must meet are established, but the way in which they must be accomplished is left open; so they have to be technically justified. The DIT is a recognized document that allows justifying the installation of the system in any building project. Anchors GRAPAMAR currently has two DIT profiling systems: the PF.1011 system with DIT 548R/16 (for porcelain panels) and the PF.1025 system with DIT 513R/14 (for stone cladding).

All our efforts are evident in this document, which recognizes the manufacturing quality and technical follow-up that GRAPAMAR anchors has always maintained as a priority in the development of its systems.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

ANCLAJES GRAPAMAR has a reliable Technical Department that will help you by carrying out preliminary studies and calculations for your work and responding to the specific needs of each installation.

The variety and versatility of our profiles and anchoring systems allow us to adjust to the requirements of each designer, with great possibilities for modulation and adaptation.

We also offer advice on eventualities that arise during the execution of the work in the installation of our systems.

ISO 9001 is an international standard that applies to quality management systems (QMS) and that focuses on all the quality management elements that the company must have in order to have an effective system that allows it to manage and improve the quality of its products or services. This way you have a follow-up of all the processes of the company.

Annually, a certifying agent carries out an external audit in order to ensure compliance with the conditions imposed by the ISO 9001 standard. This way, the clients of the registered companies avoid having to deal with the quality control of their suppliers and in turn, these providers must undergo a single audit, rather than several different clients. Suppliers around the world must adhere to the same standards.

This certification translates into a constant improvement of our company to provide the best service to our customers.
